I’ve come a long way since my days of pretty-bad OCD as a teenager.
However, I remained mostly clueless about what to do until around July 2022, where I began asking myself what I wanted and what the values were of the man I wanted to become.
This led to me starting a blog (now Procedures), moving out at 18 and finally making enough progress that I could look in the mirror and smile, because I knew I was moving up.
I now wake up knowing that the day ahead will be good, because I will make it good, and I go to sleep without feeling like I’m broken.
