How to change and therefore become happy.

1) Change is what you want if you’re reading this, even if you’re scared of change.

And that change will require sacrificing your previous beliefs, changing your habits, responding differently, thinking different thoughts and even changing the people with whom you surround yourself with.

2) Leaving people behind can happen, because you wind up not being the same person you once were.

Which is fine.

Just know that those people served you in some way on your Peaky Path, and you served them.

And you’ll meet others who’re more aligned with your identity and your path in the future.

Maybe some of them will be in the Peaky Pines Community, I don’t know…

3) Know that, even if they don’t show it, your friends probably want you to go and do what you wanna do or become who you wish to become:

Unless they’re TOTALLY insecure about where and who they are.

In which case, they’ve got work to do, and your paths likely don’t look the same.

At least for now.

Maybe you and these friends will come back together some day, or maybe not.

4) Examples of changes you might need to make:

Consume less.

View things as long-term implementations into your life, rather than quick tips and hacks for your problems.

Know that you need to become a more positive energetic force not just for the benefit of yourself, but for others too.

Stop watching porn or viewing ANY lewd content at all.

Stop watching the news.

Stop letting people tell you how to live.

BUT… heheh, reflect on what they say first, and then make a decision.

Start making decisions not based on presumed consequences, but based on what kind of person each decision makes you.

Like thinking less about, “will this donut benefit or disadvantage my body?”, and more about, “I’m not that hungry, so is eating a donut right now representative of a health-conscious individual who’s in tune with their bodily needs?”

5) How does one change?

Just make the decision, find a general direction and do it.

Go to the beginning of this 30 Day challenge and watch the first 4 eps.

Or just watch this video.

Or just start now.

Remember, I’ve got no fucken idea what the answer to life is, it just doesn’t make any sense.

6) I dare you… to Become a New Person in 30 Days.
